frank zappa

everybody made a big deal about jon stewart and his appearance on 'crossfire' last year and i'll admit, it was exciting to see someone try and talk some sense on tv. but i'm not the biggest of jon stewart fans and i felt that he undercut his points by delivering them in his trademark "dramatic pause before the punchline" delivery. but i did appreciate what he was doing. then i saw a little video of frank zappa here appearing on 'crossfire' in 1986. not only did i agree with what he had to say, i loved the way he was saying it. and the argument is, absurdly, still relevant today. check out the video below.
