billboard r.i.p.

time once again to say goodbye to some good albums that people aren't buying anymore.

jack johnson's 2003 cd finally leaves the charts, while his new one chills in the top 20. the way the new one is selling it should have no problem passing the 1,256,000 copies this one has already sold. the new album is much better as well.

the kaiser chiefs made a minor impact in the charts this spring and the album sold 66,000 copies. they may wind up being a one hit wonder but the rest of the cd has some good things to offer. check out the video for the next single "oh god" below.

the 4th o.c. mix tape sells 42,000 copies making it 2nd last in sales to the christmas edition. i've never seen the show but i like all the music used.

the reindeer section - cartwheels

this eels album criminally undersold at 11,000 copies. check out the song below and tell me you don't want to hear more.

hey man (now you're really living)

and finally there's this. i don't know if it's good or not, but i like the show so it's worth mentioning. it sold 10,000 copies before getting the heave-ho.
