speed of sound - coldplay

being the casual* coldplay fan that i am, i stumbled upon this news and found it mildly blogworthy. their new single "speed of sound" will make its worldwide premiere on the bbc radio station called radio 1. for those of us who don't live in england, don't panic**. you can go to this website here and click on "listen live" up at the top. said premiere is happening on monday night at 9:20 grenwich mean time, which translates to 2:20pm pacific and 5:20pm eastern. if you listen to it let me know how it is because i probably won't bother to tune in***. and also, this type of asterix humor is awesome****

*rabid
**brilliant coldplay song
***i'd quit my job to hear it
****lame

Chad, in a few weeks you will feel even sillier when the movie is release worldwire in a bazillion theaters across this orb, but the phrase 'Don't Panic' you love so dearly as the title of a Coldplay song hails from the literary works of Douglas Adams, the man behind the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It's a simple error, bordering on inconsequential, but I didn't want you to wander through life deluded into thinking the fantastic title, to indeed a fantastic song, was, as Picasso would be proud, stolen. Man the grammar in this comment would make Renata's head spin.
